Psychological Impact: It involves persistent
worrying, fear of social situations, and phobias.
Physical Symptoms: Includes panic attacks with
pounding heart, sweating, shaking, and shortness of breath.
Behavioural Signs: May manifest as avoidance of
certain places or people, paranoid thinking, and
intrusive negative thoughts.
Anxiety leads to changes in behaviour which can be seen
in terms of psychological and physiological conditions of individual.
